• 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup apricot jam
  • 1 cup catalina or french dressing
  • 1 & 1/2 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix



This is an easy weeknight meal and oh-so-easy!

1. Place chicken in a crock pot.

2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl; pour over chicken.

3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

4. Serve over rice or pasta.
