• 4-6 med. sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 T. orange juice
  • 1 T. orange zest
  • 1/4 c. dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • cooking spray



1. Lightly coat the creock pot with cooking spray.

2. layer the sweet potatoes in the stoneware.

3. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the sweet potatoes.

4. Cover. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours or on High for 3-4 hours.
