• 6 c. chopped rhubarb
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 c. white grape juice
  • 2 c. sliced strawberries



1. Place rhubarb in crock pot. Pour sugar over rhubarb. Add cinnamon stick and grape juice. Stir well

2. Cover. Cook on Low 5-6 hours, or until rhuarb is tender.

3. Stir in strawberries. Cook 2 hour longer.

4. Remove cinnamon stick.

5. Chill.

6. Serve over cake or ice cream.
