Very good and filling. My fiance loved it! While letting the beef rest, if you turn the crock pot to off you can let the fat come to the top and you can skim it off. I also added some cumin and some cayenne pepper.
I served this tonight for a group and we all loved it. I topped the sandwiches with coleslaw and it really complimented the flavor. I also mixed everything the night before and seared the chuck roast in hot oil and let it marinate overnight so all I had to do was take it out and turn on the crock pot in the morning. It made for a very easy day today. Loved it. Thanks!
