- 6 chicken leg quarters
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1. Wash chicken; pat dry.
2. Place chicken pieces in a crock pot.
3. In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and tomato sauce.
4. Pour sauce over chicken.
5. Cover. Cook on Low for 5 to 6 hours or until chicken is tender and juices run clear.
