I was wondering what size crockpot you use for the peach cobbler recipe?
Thanks for your great question, Paula. I like using an oval crock for desserts but really any size/shape will be fine. If you use something larger than a 3.5 quart oval crock, you may need to reduce the cooking time. Please let us know what size you used and how it turned out. Thanks!
Any ideas for Banana Pudding in a crock pot? That is my husband’s weakness. Slow cooking the pudding from scratch just time consuming. But scratch is SSOOOO much better than bought pudding!
Thanks! Loving your site! Have always considered myself a crock pot queen. Have 4 different sizes and could have them all going at once. Luv the Pots!!
can you use canned peaches instead of fresh? If so what size jar do you think?
Hello Allison, You can use canned peaches, and although I have not made them with canned, I would think three large peaches would equate to the large can of peaches, and if you like peaches, a few extra if the can holds more than 3 large peaches, would be good too! Thanks for the question and Happy Crocking!
How many does this serve. I may be missing it. Also if i need it to feed alot and double the recipe what kind of time adjustment do you think i should make?
Hello Mamavan… The serving size is in the upper right hand corner of the page. But I am happy to share that it serves 8! If you would like to double the recipe you would want to use a larger crock pot, say a 6-7 qt. size, and it really should crock in about the same length of time. Thanks for the question, and Happy Crocking!
