• 8 bratwursts
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 18 oz. beer



1. Heat oil and garlic in a large skillet; add bratwurst and brown on each side.

2. With a fork, poke holes in each bratwurst and cook for 5 more minutes.

3. Transfer brats to crock pot; pour beer to cover.

4. Cover. Cook on Low for 6-7 hours.
