- 1 lb. beef stew meat -- cubed, 1"
- 8 tsp. McCormick Beef Stew seasoning -- (1/2 package)
- 15 oz. green beans, canned -- 1 can
- 15 oz. beans, black, canned -- 1 can (shop rite)
- 15 oz. peas, canned -- 1 can
- 15 oz. corn, canned -- 1 can
- 3 c. water
1. Combine all ingredients in the crock pot and simmer all day (about 8 hours or so).
2. If you do not have McCormick Beef Stew seasoning, you can use another brand of seasoning or just use your own favorite spices, such as; salt, pepper, garlic, or onion soup mix.

I’m curious about the crockpot beef stew. The photo shows potatoes and carrots, but they arent listed in the ingredients – did I miss something. I would LOVE a crockpot recipe for the beef stew shown in the pic. Can you clarify? Thanks so much!
Hi Nancy, when I made this I believe I added potatoes and carrots, as we also love these vegetables. I addad 2-3 potatoes and 1 cup of sliced carrots to the recipe, but the original recipe did not call for these vegetables. Therefore, the nutrition facts are for the exact recipe. If you have leftovers you may want to add additional water so it does not become too thick! Happy Crocking!
Do you drain the cans of veggies or just add that all to the crock? Thanks!
