- 3-4 lb. Pork Loin
- 12 oz. root beer
- Barbeque Sauce
Facebook Friend Crystal M. only had one word to use when she shared her recipe and that was, “Delicious!!”
1. Place Pork Loin in the crock pot and add a can of root beer.
2. Cover. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
3. Drain root beer, shred, and add BBQ sauce.
Happy Crocking!

Would this work with chicken? It sounds fantastic!
I tried this with Dr. Pepper instead of Root Beer and it turned out amazing!
I made this today and I think it actually tasted like really good shredded turkey (like how it is served on Thanksgiving). It was good even without the bbq sauce. We loved it!
