- 32 oz. apple cider
- 1/2 c. maple syrup
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
If you are a fan of Apple Cider, you are going to love Crock Pot Buttered Apple Cider.
1. Combine apple cider and maple syrup in 3-1/2 quart crock pot.
2. Cover. Cook on Low for about 2-3 hours. Stir occasionally, until syrup dissolves.
3. While cider and syrup is crocking, in bowl combine butter, sugar, and seasonings and mix well.
When cider is ready to serve, pour apple cider mixture into mugs and top with a spoonful of the butter mixture.
