Slow Cooker Bloody Mary Chicken

Ingredients

4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
32 oz. Bloody Mary Mix (regular or spicy)
1 T. Horseradish Sauce
3 Stalks of Celery, finely chopped
3 Carrots, peeled and grated



If you want an EASY recipe, Slow Cooker Bloody Mary Chicken would be what you would want to make! Good TOO!

  1. Place the chicken breasts in a 4-Quart Slow Cooker.
  2. Place celery, carrots and horseradish on the chicken.
  3. Pour Bloody Mary mix over top all ingredients.
  4. Cover. Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours.

Have you ever tried this with diced peppers and onions in it? Shred the chicken after it’s cooked and serve over rice. Delicious!! I used Tabasco Spicy Bloody Mary Mix.
