- Dump all in the slow cooker and cook all day till flavors are well blended.
- I would assume this is to: Cover. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours….
NOTE: If you don’t like as many beans, you can eliminate some of them!
OPTIONAL: Can serve with a dollop of sour cream and shredded cheese via Jenn!
Happy Crocking!

NOTE: Nutrition facts shown are with beef, if you use chicken, the calories from fat would only be 28! Healthy!!!
i couldn’t find rotel where i live, so i bought a couple of cans of diced chilies and added the juice of a lime and an entire bunch of cilantro. i also threw in some cayenne pepper to give it a kick. other than that, i followed the recipe and used chicken. so, so, so good!!! very happy. will be making this again. the cayenne did make it spicy, so that should be avoided if mild is preferred. thanks for the recipe!!!
Silly question, would you cook the ground beef first? I never know the answer when a crockpot recipe calls for G.B..
Danielle I do brown the ground beef as I feel it gives the soup more flavor. But it would be a personal preference. Happy Crocking!
What are ranch style beans
Hi Pam there are Ranch Style Beans at the grocery store. You will most likely find them with all the pinto beans. Thank you for your question!
