- 2 lb. ham, smoked, boneless, piece
- 1 lb. potatoes, halved
- 1-lb. carrots, baby bag
- 1 lb. cabbage, cut in wedges
- 1/4 c.water
Crock Pot New England Boiled Dinner has the great flavor you would expect and is definitely a comfort food!
1. Place ham in crock pot. Place vegetables around the ham.
2. Add water.
3. Cover. Cook on Low for 6 hours or on High for 3 hours, or just until meat and vegetables are as tender as you’d like.
NOTE: If using leftover Ham, place pieces in the last hour of crocking!
