Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef2 onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
6 garlic cloves, minced
2 T. chili powder
1 T. smoked paprika
1 T. Italian Seasoning
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes, crushed
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
29 oz. diced tomatoes
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
red pepper, for garnish
Famous for their Chili, you will be a hit when you serve Slow Cooker Cincinnati Chili to your guests or your family, many different ways! 🙂
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef, onions, and garlic. Transfer to paper towel lined plate to absorb any grease.
- Place beef mixture and all remaining ingredients into 1 6-quart slow cooker and stir.
- Cover. Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
- Switch slow cooker to WARM setting and prepare spaghetti according to package directions.
Serve over spaghetti or as a topping on your favorite hot dog!
