- 4 apples, medium-sized, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 T. butter, melted
- 2 c. granola cereal
Crock Pot Granola Breakfast Casserole is one of the recipes from my e-book, but I wanted to share with all of you, so you would know there are some great recipes in my e-Book!
1. Place apples in the crock pot and mix in remaining ingredients.
2. Cover. Cook on Low for 7-9 hours (overnight).
Serve with milk.
Optional: raisins, craisins, dates or dried fruit of your choice!

I tried it… I doubled it as recommended for larger crock-pots. That was a good idea. It was a bit tart. I was thinking that it might come out like apple pie. I would switch from honey to sugar and maybe add a bit of water. It cooked it over night and I think it needs a stir after a couple of hours. That might have prevented some burning on the edges.
