Ingredients
6 c. chopped rhubarb1 c. sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 c. white grape juice
2 c. sliced strawberries
- Place rhubarb in slow cooker. Pour sugar over rhubarb. Add cinnamon stick and grape juice. Stir well
- Cover. Cook on Low 5-6 hours, or until rhuarb is tender.
- Stir in strawberries. Cook 2 hour longer.
- Remove cinnamon stick.
- Chill.
Serve over cake or ice cream.
NOTE: Keep refrigerated!
