Can I use frozen fillets and please included calories and fat etc thank you
Yes – you can use frozen fillets, in fact mine were partially frozen when I started today. Just cook them a little longer. Also re: nutritional information, I am working on that. Thanks for your feedback!
Why are the calories, fat, and carbs so high in this dish? Is there anyway to cut them down?
Patti, I use a nutrician calculator, and I double checked the numbers with the recipe, and the only thing that it states is that the fish and oil are the only factors in the recipe that add calories, fat and carbs. Sorry … Happy Crocking!
I am making this today and only have red onion. I will let you know how it turns out! I will be using frozen fish fillets as well so will plan on cooking for 30 minutes extra.
