Does the chicken need to be cooked or can it be raw?
Hello… The chicken would needs to be raw so it can cook in it’s own juice… Thank you for the question, and Happy Crocking!
Question about the nutritional information on this recipe, is that for the chicken prepared with the sauce? And if so what are you counting as one serving? How many ounces of chicken? Just asking cause I do weight watchers and it figures out to be 6 pp but just would like to know serving size
Hi Stacey, because this recipe is for 6 leg quarters the serving size is for 6, so it depends on the size of the quarters. My nutrition facts are only figured for serving size, and not in ounces. My mother-in-law was on weight watchers, and she said she usually figured her servings sizes out with a tool they provided. Don’t know if that is still true, but hopefully this will help you!
