Ingredients
4 1/2 c. chow mein noodles4 c. Rice Chex
9.75 oz. can salted cashews
1 c. flaked coconut, toasted
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 T. soy sauce
2 1/4 tsp. curry powder
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
- In a 5-quart slow cooker, combine noodles, cereal, cashews (or nuts of your choice) and coconut.
- In a small bowl, whisk the butter, soy sauce, curry powder and ginger; drizzle over cereal mixture and mix well.
- Cover. Cook on Low for 2 1/2 hours stirring every 30 minutes.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
