Slow Cooker Cowboy Casserole

Slow Cooker Cowboy Casserole is not only EASY it is also budget friendly and kid friendly!

  1. Brown ground beef and onion together in a skillet over medium heat.  Season with salt & pepper and cook just until no longer pink. Drain grease.
  2. Place potatoes in the bottom of a 4 or 5-Quart slow cooker.
  3. Layer browned ground beef & onions and top with beans.
  4. Combine diced tomatoes with flour in a small bowl and pour over top beans
  5. Add more salt, pepper and garlic powder, if desired.
  6. Cover. Cook on Low for 7 to 8 hours.
