Sounds yummy and super easy! But it doesn’t dry out with such little liquid?
Like most meats Natosha it will also make it’s own broth… If you would like you can always add a little liquid/beef broth! Happy Crocking!
This was fast and tasty. There was plenty of liquid.

Is that really 1 Tablespoon of black pepper?
Terri I doubled check the recipe, but if you believe that is too much for your family, reduce the amount of pepper, as it really is a great recipe. Happy Crocking!
Making this right now and it smells wonderful! Cant wait to have dinner tonight!
I sear the steak, but I use flour/ground mustard/cajun seasoning and seasonal.I make mine with a can of diced tomatoes with juice. I don’t do the garlic or soy sauce and it put it on homemade mashed potatoes. Great comfort food.
Does this recipe make the bell peppers soggy or do they still retain some crispness?
Made this but added a little twist by making a homemade beef gravy to mix with the soy… Turned out perfect..
How long do I need to cook for double the meat
Kristin the key is to have your slow cooker 1/2 to 2/3 full to crock properly. You would first need to make sure your slow cooker is large enough, and only fill it to the required fullness, and it will crock for the same amount of time. Thank you for the question, and Happy Crocking!
