Good dish! My family loved it, including my in-laws visiting us from Mexico.
Can I cook it for 8 hours on low instead?
Hi Jessica – I haven’t made it that way but you could give it a try. My only concern is that the potatoes may get too mushy so you may want to cut them in larger pieces to maintain texture. If you make it this way please let us know so that we can share the information with other readers. Thanks & Happy Crocking!
How many people is this recipe supposed to serve. Just how much is 764 gms?
Hi Gail, the serving size is in the upper right hand side of each page, but happy to share that this recipe serves 4.
Made this tonight…it was really yummy and so easy!
Any suggestions on what I could substitute for the cream of mushroom soup? I have a gluten free child and cannot use it
