I’ve been amazed at all the creative treats that pop up from time to time on Pinterest. One that caught my interest were Banana Ghosts & Pumpkin Oranges. While they aren’t made in a slow cooker, they ARE healthy and easy Halloween treats that you can make at home. Give this recipe a go for your Halloween gathering. Everyone will appreciate having something other than candy to snack on for a sweet treat. Happy Halloween! (PS: Follow me on Pinterest HERE.)
- Peel the bananas and cut them in half. Place the cut side down so the banana halves stand up. (If you prefer, lay on a tray and you can use skewers to make them easy to eat!)
- Make ghost eyes and mouths with the chocolate chips.
- Peel the clementines.
- Cut the washed celery lengthwise into thirds and then across into 1/2 inch pieces. Insert the celery pieces the tops of the peeled clementines to look like pumpkins.
