Thank you so much Jenn! This recipe was absolutely delicious! My husband and I really enjoyed it as did our 5 year old. Very easy, love the minimal ingredients. This was my first recipe of yours and first attempt at using the crock pot so I am VERY pleased.
Thank you so much Jenn. This was so good, and the kids had seconds. they were worried because they don’t like coconut, but the depth of taste was amazing and no coconutty at all!
I am not sure why this is called Paleo pork. No where in the recipe does it say what kind of pork to use, so in my opinion, especially since you’re using coconut oil, coconut water and fish oil, which is all processed stuff from a can or bottle, then this cannot possibly be real Paleo food. We use this title way too loosely and by sharing it as such we are encouraging falsely that these recipes are Paleo.
