Does this recipe use a precooked ham or an uncooked ham?
I would also like to know this. I have a “ready to cook” ham. Can I cook it this way? 6-8 hours?
Yes you can Luanne! You just want to make sure your ham fits in your slow cooker and the lid fits tight, as this is key in crocking a delicious ham. Enjoy and Happy Crocking!
Would it make or break the ham if I left out the cinnamon?
Jessica, I personally like the cinnamon, but I don’t believe it would break the recipe, especially since it is a very small amount! Hope this helps, and Happy Crocking!
Hi Jessica I maed this and wasn’t keen on the flavour of the cinnamon, but the ham was so juicy and tender I am going to try it again but leave the cinnamon out, I’ll let you know how it goes!
Can you use a spiral sliced pre-cooked ham or should it be raw?
