Can you please give a suggested ‘starting quantity’ on the creole seasoning?
Laura everyone likes creole seasoning differently. I would start with a very small amount even 1/4 teaspoon, and give it a taste and see if you would like more. It is all a matter of personal preference. Happy Crocking!
How many servings does this make? I’m thinking four
Also the amount of chicken would it be one pound?
Hi Billie, depending on the size of your Chicken Breast it would be anywhere from 2 – 3 pounds of chicken. 🙂
Yes Billie, four would be correct. You will see the serving size on each recipe on the upper right hand corner of each page. Happy Crocking!
