Has anyone tried this with pork loin roast.
i am doing this recipe tomorrow using a pork loin roast so I will report back! 🙂
Patti, how was this recipe with the pork loin roast?
I made this using a boneless pork loin. Everything else was the same. I must admit I was a little put off by the looks of the soups and cola when mixed, but the results were fantastic. I served it over steamed brown rice with green beans as a side.
What kind of serving is that nutrition info for? 800 calories and 54 g of fat is pretty extreme!
Sorry Joan I had it for 6 servings, and I remember the first time I made it I made it for 6 servings, but with that much meat it would definitely serve 8 or even 10, but the nutrition facts now reflect 8. Sorry about that, but thanks for reaching out to me. 🙂 Happy Crocking!
Could you use this recipe with beef instead of pork?
Absolutely… so many recipes you can exchange the meats! Enjoy and Happy Crocking!
