Hi everyone! It’s been 12 days of our Crocktober Slow Cooking Challenge – are you still slow cooking every day? Whether you decided to accept the challenge or not, here are some menu ideas for you. Incorporate all or a few of these during the week and make meal time easy.
Monday: Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Chicken – serve with a simple salad and french bread
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Steak Diane Mushroom Stew – Use French bread leftover from Monday. (Stew makes a great lunch on Wednesday too)
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Honey Seared Pork Tenderloin – This is one of my favorite slow cooker recipes and it is so easy! Serve with a simple white rice and broccoli.
Thursday: Slow Cooker Mac & Cheese – The kiddos love it but so do the adults! Mix in veggies or chicken to make it even heartier.
Friday: Slow Cooker Maple Salmon – Simple and delicious! Serve with your favorite veggie and a spinach salad.
Saturday: Slow Cooker Hot Fudge Chocolate Cake – Do something fun on Saturday – make cake in your slow cooker! Why not?!
Sunday: Slow Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup – A great Sunday dish with lots of leftovers that will be enjoyed for the next few days.
What’s on your menu this week? Let me know if you make any of these and what your family liked the best. I love hearing from you! Have a great week & Happy Crocking!
