Jenn, Maybe I’m reading this wrong? The way I’m reading this recipe it doesn’t account for all of the cheese. Where do the other halves of the cheddar and swiss come in. I’m guessing after the second layer of macaroni and before the the last layer of Guoda? Yes? No? And also, can you help me with…. how many cups of dry macaroni do I need to start out with to end up with 2 cups of cooked? I know….novice cooks are so annoying, but when you don’t know you have to ask the gurus. Thanks!

Doesn’t the pasta get mushy with all that cooking time? How much dry pasta do you start with to get 2 cups cooked? Confusing.

I tried making this for dinner, but it came out oily and chunky not creamy and delicious looking like the picture. Any ideas on what I need to do differently next time? Thank you
