Ingredients
4 to 6 chicken, breasts, boneless8 oz. Russian dressing or creamy French dressing
16 oz. apricot jelly
Sharing Cari M’s. Slow Cooker Creamy Apricot Chicken, she says it is a family favorite, and she serves it over mashed potatoes! Sounds wonderful!
- Place chicken in the slow cooker.
- Mix dressing and jelly, pour over chicken.
- Cover. Cook on Low for 6 to 7 hours.

Pretty disappointing 🙁 Sounded great!But the result was anything BUT creamy..chicken was dry..swimming in a weird oily concoction.Oh well.
I tried this today and feel the same as Heather. I was excited to try, but am very disappointed. Chicken dry and sauce was an oily weird mess.
