Elizabeth, thank you so much! You are so sweet to take the time to give me a shout! 🙂
I love fixing corn on the cob this way – prepare ahead of time – then leave it alone!
Would it hurt to put a bit of butter in the foil before it’s wrapped? I love butter flavor on my corn. And just like that last post… I LOVE this page. So many ideas. I love using my crock.
Heather please make this recipe your own, I am sure it will be delicious! Thank you also for your kind words. Happy Crocking!
I did this. The corn was awesome. I never even thought about cooking it that way! Thank you.

I also freeze my fresh corn in the shuck, then put directly into the microwave in the shuck, and it comes out delicious. Shucks just slide off after cutting off both ends. I’ll bet you could do the same in the slow cooker, in the shuck. Think I’ll try it , for a big bunch of corn.!!
I love useding my slow cooker. This is GREAT . Guess what for dinner tonight? Thanks soooo much.
Neat idea! Thanks! Pinning it!!
Jenn, one of my fav ways to make corn on the cob is to wrap in foil with some butter & dry ranch dressing mix in the oven or on the grill. Was trying to figure out best way to handle different cooking temps/times when your corn recipe came across my FB page…would never have thought of crocking….you are now my new best friend!!!
