My hubby is NOT a big fan of the crockpot that I am so much in love with! However, I made this meal for them and the response was unbelievable! I am currently working second shift and do not eat dinner with them. I received 3 texts that night…My two teens and my hubby LOVED this dish, as did my 6 year old. A keeper for sure! Thank you!
Whoa!!! Did you see the nutritional count per serving? Yikes!!
Hi Kari…. sorry I believe when I posted the nutrition facts, I forgot to put the serving size in, so I have corrected! Thanks for letting me know and Happy Crocking!
2 words…. YUM YUM!!!!!
This was amazing. I subbed a pork roast for the pork chops and it was excellent. Thank you! for something different!
Can this recipe be doubled? And how would I adjust the cooking time?
Yes Ginger, the crocking time would be the same as long as your slow cooker is 1/2 to 2/3 full. It will still crock properly, just double all the ingredients. Enjoy and Happy Crocking!
