Ingredients
3 1/2 lb. london broil (beef)1 onion
1 green pepper
28 ozs stewed tomatoes
1/8 cup red wine (optional)
- Place London Broil in slow cooker.
- Slice onions and peppers into rings and place on top of London Broil.
- Top all with stewed tomatoes.
- Pour wine over tomatoes (if using).
- Cover. Cook on Low for 8-10 hours.

Hi, Jenn. I have a London Broil to crock, and have been looking at your two recipes. Can you confirm the sodium per serving on your two recipes? This one says 93% and the one from “Todd M.” says 55%, but this seems odd to me because the one from Todd M. includes two cans of soup, which I would think would have a higher sodium content than this one that only uses stewed tomatoes and wine. Thanks!
Hi Stefany, I checked the nutrition facts, and they did change a little, as I believe with 3 1/2 lbs. of meat this will generously serve 6! The item that is making it high is the wine. But this recipe is very good! 🙂 Happy Crocking!
