Ingredients
32 oz. Sauerkraut, bag, rinsed1/4 - 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1 Ring Bologna
- Mix sauerkraut and brown sugar in slow cooker.
- Remove the casing from bologna and cut into 1/2 inch slices.
- Add bologna to sauerkraut and stir.
- Cover. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Serve hot.
