1 tsp. Ground Mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Slow Cooker Beer Cheese is incredible! Never a drop left! Great to serve for those sports parties, especially the super bowl! I like this recipe because you can start it after the first quarter ends and enjoy it after half-time!
- Mix all the ingredients in a 3-Quart slow cooker and set on high for 30-40 minutes until cheese melts.
- Stir and scrape sides until mixture is smooth.
- Turn to warm, and if stirred often will last 3-4 hours if there is any left!
Serve with bread, chips, vegetables, or, my favorite, freshly soft baked pretzels.
Happy Crocking!
[…] Beer Cheese […]
I think you could actually make this a lower calorie option. Doesn’t Velveeta make a “lite”? and you could do lite or non alcoholic beer also.
Definitely Sue… Make this recipe your own, but be sure to post back and let us know how it turned out! 🙂
What do you mean by scrapped when you say “3.Turn to warm, and if scrapped often will last 3-4 hours if there is any left!” ?
I changed the wording Virgil, to stirred often. Cheese will burn in the slow cooker (if not stirred often), and what I meant is that because it is so good it usually is gone before the 3-4 hours! Sorry for the confusion! Happy Crocking!
how many does this feed would you say ?
Hello Jessica, the recipe states in the upper right hand corner that it has 8 servings, but actually it really depends on how big a serving your guests scoop up, as it is really good! Happy Crocking!
