- Place all ingredients into slow cooker, stir to blend.
- Crock on low 6-8 hours until chicken is cooked.
- Shred chicken with fork.
Serve with tortillas or on brown rice. Add sour cream if desired.
Making this tonight!! My daughter and her husband are coming to dinner and they absolutely love Mexican and she doesn’t eat red meat..so chicken is always the main course. I hope it turns out as well as the meatloaf I found on this site yesterday! It was absolutely the BEST I’ve ever had!
