Hi Sarah … thanks for the question! For some reason when I posted the recipe the first line was deleted 🙁 … so sorry about that! But I have corrected the recipe! Appreciate you letting me know… Happy Crocking!
Any serving suggestions? (Such as serve in a pita or tortilla, any suggested sides, etc?)
This recipe could be used in a pita or tortilla, but would also be good served with a side dish of your choice, such as rice, mash potatoes, creamed corn or any vegetable of your choice. Thank you and Happy Crocking!
Hi Jenn,
Would I be correct in assuming that the chicken needs to be cooked before putting it in the crock pot?
Thanks.
Anne
Hi Anne, the chicken is not cooked, you simply put the breast in to cook in it’s own juices and the seasonings! Enjoy and Happy Crocking!
Thanks! Can’t wait to make this.
Anne
I made this for a girls weekend, we had a “get crocked” night…the dish was delish…better as leftovers with some brown rice! 🙂
