Meet Jenn

A simpler answer to the six o'clock question

GetCrocked began on Labor Day weekend, 2011, when Jenn Bare launched GetCrocked.com alongside CrockPotGirl.com — one woman, one slow cooker, and a simple promise that dinner could take care of itself.

Fifteen years later, that idea has been welcomed into tens of millions of kitchens — more than 40 million visits to the site — and grown into a collection of family-friendly recipes, cookbooks, television appearances, and a community united by one practical belief: dinner can be easier without feeling less meaningful.

“Slow cooking is the tool. Bringing people together is the reason.”
